Four Oregon hospitals have earned the 2011 Performance Achievement Award from the American College of Cardiology Foundation for their excellence in providing heart disease care.

Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center, Adventist Medical Center, Providence Portland Medical Center, and Providence St. Vincent Medical Center are in the top 10 percent of hospitals nationwide for consistently beating national guidelines for patients experiencing a heart attack.
