Oregon hospitals participate in safe care initiative


The Summer/Fall issue of Hospital Voice highlights the efforts of several Oregon hospitals that are involved in the national Partnership for Patients initiative. These hospitals have committed to reduce patient harm by 40% and readmissions (patients re-admitted to a hospital after being discharged) by 20% by 2013.
